At IPTVFACILE, we make every effort to deliver your IPTV subscription as quickly as possible. After  payment confirmation, you will generally receive your subscription details and instructions within 30 minutes. 

In exceptional cases, the delivery process may take up to 6 hours due to unforeseen technical or  operational issues. 

Refunds 

We understand that situations may arise where a refund is required. The refund process depends on  the payment method used at the time of purchase. 

For refund requests submitted within the specified period, for example within 24 hours after  payment, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds may take approximately 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account,  depending on your financial institution. 

PayPal: Refunds are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours. 

Cryptocurrency: Once approved, refunds for cryptocurrency payments are processed promptly and  returned to the wallet address provided for the refund. 

Proof Validation 

To initiate a refund request, you may be required to provide valid evidence of the issue or concern  you are experiencing with your IPTV subscription. 

Our team will carefully review the information and evidence provided before approving the refund. 

Once the refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed according to the payment  method used.
